I have booked a hotel through goibibo,booking number is HTLUBZ**CT(OYO ***** hotel baine holidays) but unfortunately when i called the hotelier i day before my check in they said that they are not accepting any online booking... Which was not informed by them unless i called them.. I lodged a complaint in goibibo and they arrange an alternative hotel but still goibibo is accepting bookings for this hotel
