*.I brought a ray ban polarised from lenskart because the sales executive continuously called with a fake offer of **% discount on the product which is ***% redeemable. Post purchase I came to know it's a fake offer but I ignored.
*. My biggest concern at the time of purchase is about size, I put forward this asking this will be a problem if the glasses don't fit my face. Sales executive explained me about ** day "immediate" return or refund policy from the date of purchase. Immediate means the same time it took them to deliver the product as in case of flipkart or amazon.
*. After the purchase I saw the glasses are too big and initiated a replacement order at this point I came to know about the it will take ** to ** days for replacement. This is completely contradicting the "immediate" policy they are claiming, it has pickup and dispatch to warehouse * - * days + quality check * days and initiation of order * days to reach me. This I have been communicated after I talk about replacement.
*. Then I opted for return policy which according to there statement take * days for pick up + quality check and credit back to my account * days(they have specifically informed me it will take * days). But after the quality check has be done I received a mail which says it takes * - ** working days for online transaction. So it's a ** to ** days process to get my money back. This when I called to confirm they have informed me from there side it's only * days but it is in the hands of your bank so we don't inform you. But it's a standard time taken for all online transactions which they are reluctant to revel for pure profits.
So my purchase with lenskart is filled with lies, false and fake offers. I am attaching the mail chain with lenskart but remember lenskart never responds to mails they will only call for the mail and tell lies.
