Complaint filed against: You Broadband
We have purchased your broadband service (40 3000 GB 12 Months) on 17/01/2018 at property with promised to  get it running in 3 days after cable installation and  providing a router in 10 days to have wifi access. Your service did not start in 3 days and even till today ( 08/03/2018) we have not received a router. We have made following efforts with continuous distress and singificant amout of our time,
1. Called the person, who came to start the service numerous time, he once know the my phone number,has not picked the single call of mine since
2. Called the customer service at least 10 times in this month, still complaint has not been resolved. They just saying your complaint is in priority and resolved soon ( its now 19 days still they are resolving....)
3. I personally went to YOU broadband Head office in Surat twice.They said you will receive router in 2 days and the person will come to look at the problem at 12 oclcok. This person never came no I have received a router even till today.
The person who came to start the service ( after cable installation) did not actually started the service. Its because my personal skill, I have managed to get started wired connection through the cable ( on 03/02/2018).Until this date, I did not have received a router and have no wifi available at the property.
The company has failed to provide necessary service even the payment has been made as requested. The company has given us false promises and because of that, we have suffered significant loss of time and distress without any reason.I will drag the company in to consumer dispute through consumer laws with
- deceit and denial of the service
- not resolving the complaint on time as per your terms and conditions
- poor,unfriendly, cunning behaviour of the staff ( the person who is involved in this installation must be sacked including people who are working at your Surat office) who just giving us false promises.
I have contacted nodal officer of the company, still no proper reply or resoultion
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
