Lenskart - Eye infection due to lens and bad service from store

I've been using lens from lenskart since five years. Got eye infection two months back. Met ophthalmologist and got treated and also got clearance to use a new set of lens again. After a month again i got severe infection. It is not an issue of hygiene as I've been using lens for so many years. I reported to the branch at Gandhi nagar, where ms. Shalini who claimed to be the one in charge was not showing any sort of remorse. Very bad attitude towards customer and lacked apathy.
