I have made many complaints about issues and got those resolved but now Excitel services are degrading day by day, tickets are getting closed without resolution or stay pending. Me and my entire friend circle are planning to change to a new provider if this continues.
#******* Raised this for an excitel fiber upgrade and is going to be a month and still pending.
#******* Raised this to get any info about the previous ticket and it's been since ** aug crossed all SLA.
#******* Raised this yesterday because i was facing some connectivity issues and its closed without any resolution or contact.
I have full time work from home job and if the internet is not there it is a big issue for me and when complaints are not being taken seriously it's frustrating.
I will wait for few more days for these ticket if i don't get a response will get the excitel upgrade refund and cancel the connection.
