I have returned my eyeglasses because frame has got rust and corrosion. Lenskart has taken back the eyeglasses. Now when I am ordering new eyeglasses, they cannot provide service where they used to provide service. Store locator is about ** KM from my location and I need bear the travel expense(about ***-*** Rs.). Now the eyeglasses costing about ****. They can pick up the old eyeglasses but cannot service the new eyeglasses on same location. This is pure case of Fraud
