I have purchased Ice-cream(Black current/Forest flavor) in Reliance smart point address: *st Main Rd, Navanagar, Hubballi, Karnataka ******, dated on *rd Feb-****.
As per the terms and conditions policy, Any items purchased in reliance smart point can be exchanged back within **days of time.
Currently we did not open the seal of the product and tried to exchange the product with another flavor dated on *th Feb-**** and they did not allow us to exchange it.
Kindly can you please look over this issue and take strict action against the
