Hi! My name is amarjeet singh i ordered a jack & jones boxer from myntra app and i got a message on ** dec ** that it would be delivered today and in the afternoon delivery boy came to my house n gave the parcel to me but when i touched the parcel it felt like empty and i told the same to the delivery boy. He told me that u should check from inside but i denied to open then he took the parcel from me and told me it must be checked what inside is. When it was opened, there was only a cover of Jack & jones boxer. I called to myntra customer care and I raised a complaint against this issue and today i received a mail from Myntra that "we investigated regarding this issue but we found that the product was packed properly form warehouse and delivered correctly".
Please help me to resolve this issue cos my mistake was i trusted to Myntra and i didn't make any video when it happend..
