I am a chartered accountant in Valsad, Gujarat. I am using service of Amazon India from ****. In March ****, i ordered for a dress from Amazon. On **th March I received empty packet from Amazon. I contacted Amazon customer tram multiple times through email and call for resolution. I have a cctv camera footage which captures opening of empty packet. Amazon team is not ready to check this evidence. They have closed investigation one sided and I have lost my money
