I bought product from Amazon for the first time. I faced so much problems. And even after that amazon is not helping. First of all when my product was out for delivery , i called him to find out time when he will deliver it. He told me that he forgot my package at the warehouse and you have to go there and pickup your parcel by itself. So i went there i pickup my package . But after returning home i opened the package,. I was shocked when i opened it because it had no airpods. I just got an empty package for which i paid ***** Rs. So i contacted amazon at that time they told me to wait for ** hrs as delivery status was not showing delivered. So i waited for ** hrs. On the day amazon called me asked otp for delivery. So i gave it and finally it showed delivered. Again i contacted amazon told them about my problem again. They told me that they are opening an investigation and solution will be provided by ** OCT. On the second day i received a mail that your account is being closed. Now i am worried about my money because i haven't got the product and amazon is closing my account.
