on ** November **** of TOTAL ***.** ORDER # ***-*******-******* boAt Rockerz ***v* Wireless Neckband with Bluetooth V*.*, Up to **H Nonstop Playback, Dual EQs, Lightweight Magnetic Earbuds, IPX* Water Resistance, ASAP Charge, Type C Interface(Orange) Sold by: Appario Retail Private Ltd Package was Delivered **-Dec-****- but with empty box- without contiaing Neckband in it. so I immdeidatly complaint for it and CS mentioned that they will place replacement order -- Following ORDER PLACED by customer support --> on * December **** ORDER # ***-*******-******* again package delivered on * Dec -
it was again empty package Now Customer support is saying - it is not their fault and refusing to refund my money
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
