- Emergency issue not resolved and cheated Open
We had booked a *night *days package for mysore coorg ooty from **th-**may. Today (**rd may) on our way to ooty from coorg, we came to know about a protest and violence going on in tamil nadu. We confirmed it through local news channels, ndtv, indian express, cab drivers. We also eard that tomorrow will be a band in tamilnadu. Also the nipah outbreak in kerala is on hight alert. **% tourists visiting ooty are keralites. And since we were travelling with family, didnt wanted to take risk and hence decided of not going to ooty. So we approached mmt for resolving this issue standing aside on the highway for almost *hrs. However no help received. We had a flight from bangalore on **th at **pm and hence asked them to only arrange a *days stay at bangalore but they denied. Finally we had to book a hotel paying extra money. I request you to take a strict action against MMT and help us get our financial issue and mental agony resolved.
