On **th Feb ****, I had placed an order for a pair of headphones - "QC-** Quite & Comfort Wireless Headphone II, Active Noise Cancelling with Alexa Control multicolour" on the following website - https://headphones-factory.com/
The same day I had a call with a member of the customer support team and he mentioned that the order will be dispatched today - **th February ****.
But I haven't received any further details, the phone number is no longer reachable and there isn't any response on email or WhatsApp.
