I booked two tickets from ESE MY TRIP which got cancelled due to some operational reasons, so I opted for a full refund, Its been a month already and despite of regularly following up, I have not received the refund amount yet. The Executives fool you around and asks for another ** hours, and are least bothered to address the issue. Its been more than a month now I am still struggling to get my refund amount back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
