Ordered Mobile (OnePlus *t) - *th August ****
Received defective product - **th August ****
I ordered replacement product - - **th August ****. Amazon itself made it self return order and I was not even informed about that.
After calling multiple times - - Amazon gave me the option of 'Hand to Hand Exchange' and replacement order was placed on **th August **** (with Estimated delivery date - **st August to *th September ****).
I kept on calling to Amazon telling that order is not getting dispatched, but everybody (including people from Senior escalation team) kept on assuring me that order will delivered on or before *th September ****.
In the morning of *th September ****, I received the email for order being delayed (with estimated delivery date - *th - **th September ****).
On **th August ****, again I received mail regarding delay of the order( with estimated delivery date **th September **** to *nd October ****).
I am continuously in contact with Amazon. On ** th September **** Amazon asked to go for return rather than replacement.
Now, they are making me suffer for return as well.
So, even after more than month of sufferings neither replacement nor the return of the product is complete.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
