Online classes not started for next academic session. When reached with support team they are having different different opinions like your package is not for online classes pay more credits and get it. Online classes not applicable in junior classes whereas child took classes of *nd grade even. SD card received through courier is not functioning. Response of support team is very bad and not fruitful even after many complaints in four months time period. I want refund of amount paid and to cancel my ECS of EMI agreement.
