- Dresses not picked up. my refund not initiated Closed

The outfits were not delivered to the given address. i called the flyrobe team they didnt have a clue. i myself some how tracked the item got the courier guy number and asked him to deliver the dress to me. he also denied. i myself went to the courier company and got my parcel. after the event. flyrobe sent courier guys to pick up order from the address given while ordering. they picked up * out of * and * are still there not picked up. i called many times to the flyrobe customer care. they said its not picked up yet and that is why refund is stuck. i have been calling them to pick it up and start my refund. the calls are recorded as they say. but still no result. it feels like they do not need there clothes.
but i need my refund. please help .
