This is regarding my booking (PNR No : ***VIN )
. I made a payment of Rs **** for extra baggage through EASEMYTRIP, but they failed to forward the amount to AIRINDIA.
Consequently, I had to make a duplicate payment directly to AIRINDIA at the airport. This has caused significant inconvenience and financial burden. Please investigate the issue
