Vijay Sale Tcl Tv - Disappointing service from Vijay Sales

My Television set is not working and it under warranty.
TV Brand: TCL
Purchased from Vijay Sales, Opera House, Mumbai - ******.
I complained regarding this issue on **th of April'** with TCL company but the issue still persists. The power button is a malfunctioned. I called multiple times to TCL but they said they require more time as well as they are giving fake reasons.
After that again I complained to Vijay sales on the **th of May and they said our technician will visit my place within * working days and after that, they will figure out the solution. Surprisingly the technician has not visited the place. I did multiple follow-ups but they are reluctant to take any action.
I bought this product from Vijay sales and they are not taking any action for resolving my concern. Please help me on this issue. I have attached the purchase receipt for your reference.
