I have purchased HP Sprocket *-in-* Portable Photo Printer and Instant Camera **th March ****. A few months later when there was some problem with the product, I went to the service centre, the serial number on the product was not matching the Invoice provided by Amazon.
When I complain Amazon, they filed a complaint, but even after * months, the complaint has no resolution. I have tried calling them more * times in the past * months, but no conclusion or rectification in the Invoice.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
