I placed an order for a blue dress from I saw it first through Nykaa fashion and they sent me a totally different product. I raise a complaint and they sent me an email saying we have sent you right prouct. They didnt even let me speak to the supervisor and the junior customer support were so unbothered and could not even able to understand the issue, kept on saying return has been denied. They were not even listening to the problem and made me be on call for an hour. Later disconnected it. They took my money nad didnt even send the product. How is it possibel that brand sent right product and i received a wrong product. Where did the product go in between? Delivery partner is theres, brand is of their own. If it didnot reach me, thyey should be the one payin the price for this. Why should i suffer the loss. Kindly refund me INR **** to me
