Respected Concern.
I have a flight on ** March **** to Australia via Singapore from Hyderabad. Due to the ongoing situation of COVID-**, the airlines have cancelled the flight and requested for the refund. As I contacted the scoot airlines they said that we already processed a refund on ** June **** but as you have done payment by *rd party agent you have to contact them after ** days they said to me. But when I'm trying to reach make my trip, I'm not getting any response and calls are not connecting too. So, Please I request you to take any action upon this issue.
