On **/**/**** I have booked Oyo ***** Hotel
Aerosky Residency through Goibibo. I have fully paid total amount of Rs. **** and got the Invoice from Goibibo as booking confirmation. I reached hotel on *:** PM and shown my booking detail to the manager. Manager denied to check in and told that I have paid the amount to Goibibo so they are not allowing to check in. I have contacted OYO Customer care, they simply said that they are not responsible for that and advise to contact Goibibo. I tried to reach Goibibo customer care but couldn't able to reach. Very surprisingly Goibibo sending message about feedback for staying at hotel. Whether I didn't allowed to checked in by the hotelier.
Still I am struggling to get back my refund from Goibibo. Very worst service I have been ever face.
