I had a booking using gobibo mobile app for Oyo ***** prabhushriti at kaas road, satara. payment was made online and paid to goibibo. After reaching hotel the owner denied to provide room and asked me to cancel booking and do the cash payment ****/- (My online booking was done for rs ***/- which was shown on goibibo). Without any choice i had to pay property owner and i have cancelled booking at goibibo but not received any refund. i cant even contact goibibo support for this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
