goibibo and oyo - hotel booked and money paid through goibibo but room not provided after reaching the venue

I have booked Hotel O Silver Suites, Hyderabad from Feb **th, **** till **th Feb,****. Booking ID: GH************** But when I arrived at the hotel for check in I was informed that no rooms are available and I was left without proper explanation by the receptionist and staff members without consideration in the midnight *:**am. However, My payment was also deducted for the booking. PNR: ********** I would like to raise a complaint regarding this issue. And would like an immediate refund for the same. Kindly check and get back to this mail
things i want to share:
*. i visted the hotel venue for checkin on **th **:**am , reception person said no rooms available , if rooms are not available how this booking confirmed by goibibo
*.I visited the same place again same day around *pm to checkin , reception person saying the same answer no rooms available talk to customer care, i recorded a video if needed i will share
Above mentioned mail sent to goibibo but there is no responsee
*. At late mid night after paying *.*K for stay , and after reaching the hotel hearing that there are no rooms available …and hearing we can’t do anything from reception person is the worse and bad experience given by Goibibo due to trust I had on this particular app
*.tried reaching out calling multiple times to customer service numbers where CBOT is repeatedly saying same sentences but not connecting with customer service
*.money paid but service not availed due to information sharing issues between you and Oyo
*.disturbed mind , stressed and sad situation , clueless and helpless these are the experiences I got from you Goibibo
Goibibo this error with you and Oyo gave me trauma , my time is no going to given back , however Pay back the money wt I paid for no rooms available fraud Oyo hotel through trusted Goibibo and lost trust now.
i don't know whom to approach for this, i don't want any one to experience this kind of trauma , i request voxya to help me to solve this issue legally ,i am not thinking about money what i lost , but what if a family faces same situation at midnight ,its tough to think.
