nagababu filed complaint against Goibibo and OYO on Oct 9, 2019
I have booked the room in OYO ***** Poonam Palace, Jodhpur and visited the Hotel for Check-in but Hotel Manager asked for payment and we told them we have paid full amount in-line and he denied to give room by saying you have to pay **% payment at hotel.
I Have tried to contact goibibo and could not reached then spoke to OYO customer care but they told me to contact goibibo.
Finally I have not got the room. The same thing sent the WhatsApp meessege below of their confirmation messege.(attached Screen shot of WhatsApp)
After that also I am trying to contact goibibo but their system of interactive is not allowing to contact them.
I want refund at the earliest.
