I bought a watch on 10september 2018, but found a defect in it. So I asked for replacement. But then someone gifted me a watch so I cancelled the delivery. Amazon sent my money from cheque. I didn't want cheque, so I asked them to change my payment method. They said wait for 5 days before cancelling. I contacted them at 1 Oct. They changed my payment method to amazon pay. First they said 24 hour wait. Then at last they said if I don't get my money till 10 october, I will get my amount as gift balance instantly. So today is 11 October and now they are saying wait another 3 days. They said the cheque has not been cancelled, but instead of 5 business days as per their terms I have waited 10 days and still they are not giving me my money.
