I have done the booking from goibibo app for *nd April'**. However I haven't received the ticket of the booking till *st April'** and so I had to cancel the booking.
It was very harassing as I was waiting for the ticket till the previous day.Also I had already made the payment so was unable to book the ticket from any other source. They have taken the amount but neither produced any ticket nor refunded the amount.
Horrible part was when I asked for refund because I never received any ticket, they showed refund is processed for which I had to go to my bank branch to check the same, the refund was never received.
Theydon't have any customer care contact number, and your robotic chat replies are worst to discuss anything.
The booking was made on **th Marchl'** for train ticket. Below are the details-
