I was charged electricity bill of Rs. ***/- for last * months of stay even though I paid all electricity bills of every month I stayed in colive. (Except for first ** days which was not charged in the bill). I was also charged a maintenance charge of ****/- when there was no maintainance to be done during my stay. There were no issues with anything in the room, no broken items, no repairs, nothing during my entire stay and when I left. There were no items lost from my side (I was not issued keys for the room from the date of my joining and for the whole time of stay even though I issued many complaints) But they charged me ****/- without any intimation of what they are charging for, violating their own terms and conditions. I am owed ****/- (They have charged **% of my monthly rent which was **** which they later increased as separation charges for cleaning and maintenance of premises). But I was issued ****/- only.
