Colive Garnet Hyderabad - Security Deposit Not Refunded

I had raised the notice period on **th of September and left Colive on **th of October paying the rent for the whole month. I received a formal email from the company confirming about my service request. They had promised me that my deposit will be refunded to me before **th of November. However, instead of getting my money back, they have asked me to pay extra amount or they will file a case for the same. I have been mentally traumatized by this and my college grades have also affected for the same. They sent me an email stating I haven't raised the notice period which is at all not true and I have raised a lot of service request for the same only to not get any answers from them for the same. I request Voxya to please help me with the same.
