I have been following up from november'** raised ticket multiple times without solution they have resolved my tickets when visited the head branch in marathalli, bangalore, A person name is vikram attended and informed that they will be refunding the amount on **th nov'**, still now they is no resolution and these is how you fool peoples and wasting time.
