Colive Garnet Hyderabad - Parcel is stolen from reception pg authorised refuse to show the cctv recording

A parcel of mine from h&m having contents worth ****, kept for return purpose amongst other parcels on the reception desk went missing. I reached out to the pg manager, contacted the number associated with colive safety and raised SR requests. They assured me that they'll find out the culprit and charge him/her with the amount and return it to me. Days went by, i followed up repeatedly but they kept on delaying saying that the recording needs to be retrieved from Bangalore and they're facing server issues there. Finally, they closed the service request with the remark that the cctv is only for safety and emergency and that personal belongings are not their responsibility.
