Colive Garnet Hyderabad - Billing issue

My brother and I are staying in same room from Jan **** at Colive Garnet. Due to lockdown we struggled a lot to reach our home town and paid full rent for April and May **** even without talking to any customer executive from Colive. It is very tough to reach customer support team and they will not even respond at all. Service request is one of the worst thing with Colive.
Finally one day I got connected to Customer support team and asked about the rent for coming months due to lockdown we are unable to reach Hyderabad and vacate our room. I asked that since are not availing any food or services to revise our Invoice from June ****. But they are not reducing a penny and are also telling that they can't adjust security deposit also.
Kindly help me with this.
