- Denying Broadband Connection after taking 6 Months advance Closed

I inquired for Airtel Xstream Broadband service and a sales guy came to explain the service package. He asked me to take **** Rs connection and pay "* months advance" otherwise installation and router won't be free.
I have paid the * months fee and now AIRTEL is saying that I will have to wait as they do not have wire till my location and it will take *-* months now. However as per their policy I should get the connection in ** hrs.
