According to the DTDC tracking details our courier is supposed to be delivered by **/**/**. They have updated the status as package is not delivered. Seller has contacted DTDC team regarding this and they have forwarded the courier to a branch * km away from my home which is not our nearest branch. Our nearest DTDC branch is *.* km away from here. We got a call from them to collect the package as they can't provide home delivery. Even if we explained them we need this urgently they told they don't be able to provide home delivery. They have done the same many times before as well. Even if the package is arrived at our nearest branch they used to force us to collect the package from their office claiming that they don't provide home delivery.
