Samsung - Denial of service repair for Samsung Plus Green Line Issue

On October **, ****, I updated my Samsung S** Plus to the latest software version, which I received as an over-the-air update. Immediately after this update, the green line issue on the display became very apparent.Upon experiencing this issue, I took my Samsung S** Plus to the nearest Samsung service center to seek a resolution. To my shock and disappointment, I was informed that a free replacement was denied based on the assertion that my device is not a domestic product but from another country. This denial was extremely unexpected and disheartening.
