I purchased motorola g5s plus with amazon prime service which assures the delivery of product on guaranteed time. But amazon was unable to provide this service and when asking for support, they keep misguiding me with wrong information about delivery and service. It was too much mental stress just to get one order for which I already paid. Even they accepted it but not helping.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
