I have purchased Roal Oak Bell Table from Amazon and was delivered to me in damaged condition.As per the process I had initiated a return request and was scheduled for thrusday 19/07/2018. Since then there delivery team has not picked up the item and not refunded my money neither provided any exchange of the product .There delivery team lied to me about pickup arrival on friday and kept me prisoned in my home by comunicating me that they will come in an hour when i call them several time during the day about there arrival time.There unprofessional behaviour and lies has caused me loss of time and created mental pain.And after several calls and warning these people are scheduling pickup for next day and don't show up.I am now pissed with them as from thursday now it is sunday and they still have not pickedup and returned my money. I demand a penelty on amazon team for causing me monitory and physical trouble.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
