Booked Full T-shirt with pocket vide order No.S********* on **/**/**** & paid Rs.***. After continous follow recvd call from XPBEES delievery person about delievery, i waited for it whole day but he didn't delievered or neither informed about it. Next day I called them then he delievered d item but rcvd Non-branded Children size ordinary T-shirt. I complained about it But they refused to refund or replaced it. Not informing about delievery scheduled, Delebarately delaying delivery & diverting main issues while communacating shows its modus operandi of Club Factory to sell ordinary material on high price. Its a cheating. Please do the needful
