I have ordered a Dell i* laptop from Paytm on ** June and the product was delivered on ** of June. At that time I was at my hometown and didn't check my product because I was busy and out of the station. After coming to my campus I checked the product and found that the earphone socket and speakers were not working fine. After that, I called Dell from there I found I get the different configuration laptop from that I have ordered. After I called to Paytm to return the product but they were saying the return policy is over we can't do anything. Now I have this wrong and defective product.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
