Sold my used smartphone via "sell as individual policy". However was rejected by the buyer and it was initially returned back by him. But I still haven't received it. All I receive is false emails regarding successful delivery. Moreover the address where it should have been delivered was closed for Diwali eve. On top of it every time I hear a new address where product was delivered. Is it possible to deliver a product to an address which was closed / or to deliver single product on 3 different addresses at same time ? Amazon is denying for reimbursement for the same.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
