I have ordered this product - Reebok shoea-for ₹1499. They promised me delivery on 28th of october and I have taken prime membership also for this. The product didn't arrive on 28th and I have kept on contacting their customer care everyday. And finally when it arrived on 31st October, i found that the item was a used one with mud on the sole of the shoe. I asked for a replacement and the they responded saying that they will provide the replacement. They informed that they will collect back the product the very next day. However I had to wait for 5 days to get the item picked up. Meanwhile their customer support was also very poor. And on 5th November they have picked up the product and today on 6th November they are saying that they don't have a replacement product.
So they have kept my ₹1499 for 2 weeks without any interest and also promised service as a prime customer also was not met. Now they say they will refund my ₹1499 in another 5 or 6 days. I don't need the money I need the product for my time, money and patience. Else they should compensate me for this. I need my product or they should return my full prime money also. And for everyone's info, they are doing it for the second time.
Resolution Demanded: Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
