I had ordered a Byjus Tablet with K** plan where I had paid Rs. ******/ through my Amex credit card. I have to do a lot of follow up for my tablet and it got finally delivered with a delay of * days from the delivery date. I had also written a mail complaint to the CEO but still no revert. I need an action to be taken against the logistic company and compensation of Rs. *****/- from Byjus for not fulfilment of promise within the defined timeline.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
