I have received a small shipment of samples to show it to customers, and FedEx asked me to submit KYC documents for clearing the shipment. After submitting it multiple times, I am still awaiting for clearing the shipment. It is almost over a month and because of this delay, customer has decided to go somewhere else, causing loss of business to me.
