I applied for by jus course under the influence of the counsellor we got it on * sept and I was not satisfied with the course so I told them to take it away within the period of time .the period of time was **-**days .we told them by making a phone call they told us that our complain is registered and they wil get it back soon but now they are refusing it that we didn't informed them on time and it is now impossible to take it back away .we could not afford it as we are suffering from financial problem due to my father and wife is medically ill and my son is not learning from it I am sending you the call log
