Requested URBAN COMPANY the service for AC GAS FILLING ON ** May and paid initial advance of Rs. ***. The technician came and said that the gas has to be filled for which amount specified has to be paid. He filled the gas overva short time and said an additional Rs. **** has to be paid . He said he did the servicing and replaced a capacitor I paid the amont and he left. After a few days we noticed that AC was not cooling the room even with high cooling. We tried to contact the company since tfe service technician as well as the company said that there is a * month warranty. Finally they suggested that I have to book for another visit and pat rs. ***; for the technician to recheck. Accordingly another technician came on * june, and said that there is no gas. He said he will come on * June and do the needfu. Accordingly, he made me to book a rescheduled date as * June and left. He never came as per the reshedule agreed. I contacted the company several times but no response. Su sequently, it appears that they blocked by mobile no. The Ac is not functioning in spite of the payments made.
