- Defective product received and denied Warranty Open
I bought a Royal Oak Rocker Recliner from Amazon on Oct 26, the product delivered turned out to be defective, it had 30 days warranty, I reached out to Amazon to ask for the repair/return as the product was under warranty, Amazon told me to contact Royal Oak, when I contacted Royal Oak, they told me they do not provide services to Amazon customers, when I informed this to Amazon they asked me to get service denial letter from Royal Oak, I again went back to Royal Oak and they denied me giving any such letter, from last 3 weeks I have been writing emails to Amazon but I do not hear any resolution from them, I feel cheated and I was denied my rights, I went through lot of stress in past few weeks, now I want to fight for justice and my rights.
