Complaint filed against: Pepperfry
bought a bed from peperfry.com, after assembly the bed was shaking , I complained to customer care, after a week of lingering the case , one of account manager of pepperfry ,(naresh )called me and asked to accept the product and fix the problem by self , we will offer an additional discount of 5k rupees. I denied as the product was defectivepoor. Same day evening , I called customer care for update and I was shocked with response , they literally denied to return the product .
Their manager told me to do whatever you can do.
I am feeling cheated by pepperfry...I lost my money and mental peace too.
