FURNY SOFA MUMBAI - Defective product delivered Irresponsible regarding customer service

I have ordered Furny casabrio two seater and three seater sofa from Furny.in website on **nd of July **** by making the payment online and the order has been placed with confirmation of order (Order #************). I had to receive the delivery on **nd August as per the telephonic conversation with Furny sales executive but it got delayed and I was given no update or intimation regarding that. I had to call up and ask for the status and finally it got delivered on **th August.

At the time of receiving the delivery I couldn't find any problem with the product so I accepted the delivery.** days later I could see the lower part of the frame of the three seater sofa misaligned. When I checked it was broken. Then I checked for similar subtle damages anywhere in both the sofas and I could make out a broken frame of right arm rest of the two seater sofa as well. I e-mailed about this problem to the Furny customer support mail id (support@furny.in) on September **th ****. They asked me to send the images of damaged product which I have sent videos instead as it might be difficult to make out the defect in pictures. They replied me saying that they have arranged for the repair of sofa (email dated **th September).

For nearly * weeks after that there was no one to repair nor there was any further communication regarding the progress in the issue. I emailed them on **th September again that I want the product to be replaced. Again I got a reply on **th September saying that they had taken up the matter on urgent basis and would only do repair but nothing else. The same day I got a call from some person saying that he is a flipkart executive and he was assigned to inspect the sofa and report it. As I was out of sation I asked him to vist my place on **th September. As he dint turnup on **th I called him up on *st of October and asked if he was coming or not. He asked me to click the pics and send it to him so that he would report it.

There after I waited for *weeks for any response from Furny. But in vain so I emailed them again saying that now I don't want the product and I asked them to take it back and refund my money as they dint even bother to call me or mail me once regarding the status nor did they send any person to repair the product. Now they replied by saying that they have escalated the issue to their senior management ( attached in cc of the email) and they would see to it that it would be repaired.

Again I waited for more than a month but nothing happened and I emailed them, with cc to the senior manager (so called), finally on **th of November **** saying that I would approach the consumer forum if my problem hasn't been resolved immediately. This time there is no reply even.

So I would like you to kindly take up this issue and get me my money back as there is no hope for me with this product or the company.
