FURNY SOFA MUMBAI - Item not delivered and require refund

Hi Team,
Sofa was delivered and found there were many defects on the product and after complaining they took back saying they will be fixed and delivered.
After continuous follow up the sofa was delivered without even fixing one and gave many fraud statements saying we are manufacturing new one and deliver the new product and after delivery found the same sofa delivered without fixing.
In between we discussed with one guy and informed if the product is not delivered without fixes, we require the refund and he told he will refund.
After seeing the issue, we sent back the sofa again and requested for refund, from next day onwards he stopped answering my calls.
After one week, one other guy called me and told he will not refund and make repair to that and we told him like we have given a chance already but it was not repaired and gave many fraud statements.
Its been almost * to * months, they are neither delivering or refunding the money.
